Will received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University in 1990, his Master of Science degree from Texas A & M University in 1992 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Tulane University, cum laude, in 1995. While at Tulane University, Will received a Certificate in Environmental Law, served on the Environmental Law Journal, participated in the Environmental Law Clinic and was a member of the Environmental Law Society. Will is a member of Gamma Sigma Delta, Phi Delta Phi, the Hinds County Bar Association, the Mississippi. Will is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He practices in the area of Products Liability, Personal Injury, Insurance Claims, Toxic Tort Litigation and Environmental Law, as well as Business Litigation. Will has extensive litigation experience in personal injury claims, chemical exposure claims, and defective product claims, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, bad faith insurance law, construction litigation, Will contests and disputes involving probate, business and commercial disputes, and landowner liability.
