Robert received his undergraduate degree in history
from Louisiana State University in 1996, his Juris Doctorate degree from the
University of Mississippi in 2000, and his CLU designation from the American
College in 2006. He is a graduate of the Southern Trust School and is
enrolled in the LL.M. in Taxation Program at the University of Alabama
School of Law. Robert is a member of the Downtown Exchange Club of Jackson,
the Jackson Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar and serves on the
Board of Directors for the YMCA Metro Jackson Family Support Center, and the
Habitat for Humanity Board for St. Peter's Catholic Church. Robert is a
member of the Mississippi Bar, Hinds County Bar Association, and all
Mississippi State and Federal Courts, as well as the 5th Circuit Court of
Appeals and U.S. Tax Court. His primary areas of practice include: Business
and Corporate Law, Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, Taxation,
