Robert T. Van Uden, III: Robert received his undergraduate degree in history from Louisiana State University in 1996, his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi in 2000, his CLU designation from the American College in 2006, his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama in 2010, and is a graduate of the Southern Trust School. Robert is a member of the Mississippi Financial Planning Association, Downtown Exchange Club of Jackson, the Jackson Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar and serves on the Board of Directors for the YMCA Metro Jackson Family Support Center and the Habitat for Humanity Board for St. Peter's Catholic Church. Robert is a member of the Mississippi Bar, Hinds County Bar Association, and all Mississippi State and Federal Courts, as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Tax Court. His primary areas of practice include: Business and Corporate Law, Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, Taxation, Business Transactions, Securities, Banking, Contracts, and Real Estate.
