Bobby received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, cum laude, in 1989 and his Juris Doctorate degree in 1992 from the University of Mississippi. He served as the Research Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal from 1991-1992 and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Bobby is a member of the Mississippi, Hinds County, American and Federal Bar Associations. As a member of the Mississippi Bar, Young Lawyers Division, he served on the Board of Directors from 1996-1998 and was elected and served as Secretary from 1998-1999. Bobby was elected as President of the Mississippi Bar, Young Lawyers Division, serving in 2002-2003. In addition, Bobby served as an editor of The Mississippi Lawyer magazine which is published and distributed to all members of the Mississippi Bar. Bobby is also the 2006 Chairman of Deacons for Broadmoor Baptist Church. Bobby is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Bobby is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
