Bobby Higginbotham

Bobby received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, cum laude, in 1989 and his Juris Doctorate degree in 1992 from the University of Mississippi. He served as the Research Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal from 1991-1992 and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Admitted to practice since 1992, Bobby is a member of the Mississippi and Capital Area Bar Associations. As a member of the Mississippi Bar, Young Lawyers Division, he served on the Board of Directors from 1996-1998 and was elected and served as Secretary from 1998-1999. Bobby was elected as President of the Mississippi Bar, Young Lawyers Division, serving in 2002-2003. Bobby also served the Mississippi Bar as a Board Commissioner form 2001-2004. In addition, Bobby served as an editor of The Mississippi Lawyer magazine. Bobby has served as Chairman of Deacons for Broadmoor Baptist Church and as a Director for Breakthru Ministries. He has severed as President of Applause, Jackson Preparatory School's Arts Booster Club.  Bobby is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Bobby is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Bobby practices in the areas of Insurance Claims, Business Litigation, Construction Law Personal Injury/Wrongful Death, Car/Truck Accidents, Medical, Health and Nursing Law, Real Estate Litigation, Premise Liability and Estate Litigation.
